INSTALLATION

 

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE PLAYTILES ARE LAID ON EITHER A TARMAC OR CONCRETE BASE, ALLOWING FOR GOOD DRAINAGE. THE BASE OF THE PLAYTILES SHOULD BE COATED WITH OUR OWN MATBOND RESIN ADHESIVE AND BONDED TO THE BASE.

CLEANING IS EASY, MERELY SWEEP THE DIRTY SURFACE OR UTILISE VERY MILD DETERGENT AND WATER THE PLAYTILES ARE CERTIFIED TO BSEN1177 AND BS7188.

QUATTRO PLAYGROUND TILES HAVE MANY OTHER APPLICATIONS TOO, PROVIDING FLOOR PROTECTION AND A NON-SLIP SURFACE FOR:STABLE FLOORS, GYMNASIUMS, ROOF GARDEN/TERRACES, WEIGHT TRAINING ROOMS, SOUND INSULATION, INDOOR PLAY AREAS FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, SHOOTING RANGES, WALKWAYS FOR GOLF CLUBS ETC, ENTRANCES TO SHOPPING PRECINCTS, THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS.

Critical Fall Height of 0.6 to 2.6 metres, depending on thickness.

Everroll Classic Rubber Matting

Resilient

Everroll Classic is very strong against mechanical impact, traffic and weights. The rubber surface is excellent for its traction, sound deadening and shock absorbent qualities. Available in a range of colours.

 

Slip Resistant

• High grip qualities
• Made with EPDM / Recycled Rubber and high strength urethane binders
• Waterproof - The system is fully waterproof and is easy to clean
• Can be fully bonded with resin adhesive.

 

Sports & Commercial

Ideal for sports areas, gymnasiums and safe.

 

Extreme Use

Some sports areas must withstand extreme use and must stand mechanical attack and spike traffic. Everroll Classic will withstand Ice Skates, Golf Shoes, Shod Horses, etc.
